Enrollment for Produce Is Still Open for the 2018 Season!

Posted 8/25/2018 2:53pm by Jeff Schrimmer.

Downtown Harvest CSA is well into its 14th year of bringing healthy New Jersey food to our urban community.  Despite the unusual weather this summer, Farmer John has come through once again with generous quantities of high quality organic produce and eggs from pasture-raised free-range hens.

Farmer John Krueger of Circle Brook Farm in Andover, NJ can supply more food, so we can still enroll new members!

The fee for a Full Share each Wednesday until November 14 is $30.00 multiplied by the number of Wednesdays remaining until and including November 14.

The fee for a pre-bagged “more than generous” Half Share each Wednesday until November 14 is $18.00 multiplied by the number of Wednesdays remaining until and including November 14.

Enrollment for eggs is currently closed for the remainder of the season.

Members are also asked to pay a $25 administration fee to Downtown Harvest CSA.  We are a 100% volunteer group that is separate from the farm, and money for our expenses comes solely from the administration fee.

Note: New members will not be asked to pay at the time of enrollment, and the initial payment instructions may contain incorrect fees.  The proper discount for missed weeks will be calculated, and new instructions with revised (lower) fees will be e-mailed.
